A "tokkuri" is a traditional sake (Japanese rice wine) bottle with a narrow neck and a bulging bottom used for serving sake.
The capacity of a traditional sake bottle is generally 1 "go" (180ml) to 2 go (360ml) of sake. "Tokkuri" actually have different names depending on their shape, but at 4U by UNOFUKU, we carry a "rakkyo tokkuri" that is similar in shape to a scallion. "Izushi-ware", which is a type of porcelain, not only makes the sake stand out due to its simple white appearance but also makes the mouth feel smooth and easily conducts heat.
